PROFILE: The Kansas City Cave Bears was founded in 1994 as a means to promote friendship and camaraderie for Bears, Cubs, Otters, and their admirers, as well as to provide an organized group to aid in the raising of funds for charitable purposes. ~~~~ Championing fellowship, the KCCB provides social opportunities outside of the traditional gay setting of the bars and clubs for those men that may not be "appreciated" in traditional gay outlets which require a certain look or attitude. -- The KCCB is a not-for-profit corporation in the State of Missouri. Volunteers coordinate our activities with input from monthly gatherings. -- KCCB is not a sex club. It's just a group of bearish men and admirers having fun. Most KCCB events are strictly social in nature and are open for anyone to attend.
